Just ten percent of adults in this country are pleased and contented with their working life. The vast majority of course will take no action. You’ve reached this paragraph, which at a minimum means that you’ve realised change must come.
Prior to considering any career courses, look for an advisor who can talk you through which area will be right for you. Someone who can get to know your personality, and find out the best career for you to work towards:
* Would you like to work with others? If the answer’s yes, would you enjoy being part of a team or are you hoping to meet new people? Alternatively, do you like to deal with your responsibilities alone?
* Building and Banking are facing difficulties at the moment, so which sector will answer your needs?
* Having completed your retraining, would you like this skill to serve you till you retire?
* Are you worried about the possibility of getting new work, and being in demand in the employment market right up to retirement?
Look at the IT sector, that’s our recommendation - it’s one of the few sectors of industry still growing in this country and overseas. In addition, salaries and benefits exceed most other industries.
Many training companies offer a Job Placement Assistance facility, designed to steer you into your first job. Key company training (to use industry-speak) is far more specialised and product-specific. The IT sector has acknowledged that specialisation is what’s needed to meet the requirements of a technologically complex commercial environment. Microsoft, CompTIA, CISCO and Adobe are the big boys in this field.
In essence, the learning just focuses on what’s actually required. Actually, it’s not quite as pared down as that, but principally the objective has to be to concentrate on the fundamentally important skill-sets (along with a certain amount of crucial background) - without trying to cram in all sorts of other things (as degree courses are known to do).
When an employer knows what areas they need covered, then all it takes is an advert for the particular skill-set required. The syllabuses are all based on the same criteria and aren’t allowed to deviate (like academia frequently can and does).

Host a Webinar The first place to start is to choose a company to host your webinar. Some of the better known ones include GoToWebinar, WebEx, Omnovia, Adobe Connect, etc.
Most webinar hosting companies require your attendees to “register” for your webinar. You decide how much information you require for the registration, but here is a million dollar tip. If you require FULL CONTACT information, then you can remind your attendees the day of the webinar with an email …or even an automated phone call using VoiceShot. How cool is that!
And if you have required their address as part of the registration, you can send them a piece of direct mail after the webinar to encourage more sales. You could even pick up the phone and call a few of your attendees to generate more sales!

Those who did not originally see it, can watch it and can even share it with others. By making a recording, you can increase your sales.
Start by recording your webinar on a second computer using a software called Camtasia. The second computer takes a spot on your webinar as a “viewer.” Turn on the record button and begin.
You will want to separate the recording into 8-10 minute chunks to avoid buffering problems for your viewers and then render the files in swf format. Camtasia allows you to combine these swf files into an attractive table of contents that makes it perfect for replays.
Now you are ready to host, conduct, and product a webinar. If you handle it just riht, you can make a lot of money with very little effort.
